These have been so grim lately, & each one’s sparked a wee screenplay or two in my head. Been restraining myself from responding with “HANG IN THERE” because you could be absolutely fine & you’re not a mate though you feel like one & if you were here I’d be on the phone or popping round. Feel better now I’ve written it– Maybe just need to get back to my very own screenplays! Every good wish to you, and a million thanks for the emotional power of the drawings–
well thank you Marian – these are getting drawn from a painful place – but drawing is always a relief to me. It would be great to have you come round and say keep on trucking…todays’ post gets even more grim. but sometimes these grim are tinged with a guitar and drum beat that’s an attempt to be so sad, you’re kind of smiling even laughing.
AAAH. Get the bit abt being so sad you have to laugh. It comes through. & I guess that’s a part of the spirit of play from today’s drawing, too? This blog gives me courage, again and again. Thank you.
